We always use discreet packaging with no company info, only printed names on the outside of the box. Single-use test kits will fit in your mailbox and are available with NO signature. Multiple-use bottles are secured in a packaging jar filled with hygroscopic vermiculate that does not fit a mailbox and might require a signature. This is done to provide legal delivery conditions and safety. We recommend not removing the bottles from the packaging jar between uses.

All orders come in a plain box or an envelope with no SIN information on the outside, or anything other giving away the content without opening. We accept returns for 30 days since purchase. We refund full product costs for any undelivered orders in Europe. Because of occasional problems with tracking we DO NOT offer any refunds or reships for non-EU orders.
