• Which test is the best?

We offer single-use kits (3.85€ per test with FREE worldwide delivery) or multiple-use sets (about 20€ total for 100 uses of several different reagents).

  • How do I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, our automatic mail system generates and sends you an e-mail with all the details. If you didn’t receive the message, make sure to check your spam folder.

  • How long does the order take to proceed?

All orders placed before 12:00 GMT are shipped on the same day from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  • What are the available shipping options?

There are the following shipping options available:

  • Personal pickup – available only in Warsaw, Poland. Contact us at ‭731 934 705‬ to prepare your order.
  • Non-tracked Priority Air Mail ~ 3,50€ – not for multiple-use kits
  • Tracked Priority Air Mail ~ 5,00€ – not for multiple-use kits
  • DPD / DPD Pickup Points (Safety Compliant Courier) ~ 11€+ – available only in Europe
  • How long do I have to wait for delivery?

2-5 working days, up to 21 days on intercontinental non-tracked deliveries. 

  • Can I track the status of my delivery?

We will provide you the link to tracking service right after we send your package.

  • What are the available payment options?

– cash – when collecting in person

– Standard bank transfer

  • Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, packages are sent in plain envelopes or boxes. We don’t send letters as SIN, but declare our personal information instead. Ultra-stealth delivery is available – upon customer request we will remove all drug-related fliers and stickers. More information available on the detailed Shipping & Delivery page. 

  • How may I contact you in case of any problems with the order?

  • What is your returns and refunds policy?

We accept returns for 30 days since purchase. We refund full product costs for any undelivered orders in Europe. Because of occasional problems with tracking we DO NOT offer any refunds or reships for non-EU orders.
